By purchasing from Chickie Cafe, you AGREE to our terms and conditions.


Processing:

Orders take approximately 5-7 business days to process.


Shipping:

Chickie Cafe ships internationally, except for the EU/UK due to VAT restrictions. Please click HERE to check for any country-specific restrictions related to COVID-19.
If your country cannot receive shipments from the United States, I won’t be able to ship to you.
Important: If you place an order knowing that it cannot be shipped to your country, or if it’s held up at customs or lost, no refunds will be issued.
If the package is returned to me, you may need to pay for reshipping fees.


Refunds and Exchanges:

Chickie Cafe DOES NOT accept refunds or exchanges.
However, if you are missing any items from your order, please email me at chickiecafe@gmail.com to arrange a refund or replacement for the missing item(s).
Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the missing item(s) and will NOT include shipping or other fees. Please provide evidence of the missing items (e.g., photos or order details).


Damages:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor printing, cutting errors, lamination errors, and air bubbles may occur. These are not considered defects.
