📦 When will my order arrive?

  • Processing Orders: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping (US Domestic): 1-2+ weeks
  • Shipping (International): 2-6+ weeks
    Delays may occur due to COVID-19!

❓ My order hasn't arrived, is it lost?
Due to the pandemic, shipping has been greatly affected, and delays will happen! I kindly ask for your patience during these times. Once packages are mailed, I do not have control over them. Please contact your local post office if you have any issues.


📬 I think my package is lost...
If you haven’t received your order after:

  • 1 month (US domestic)
  • 3 months (International)
    I’d be happy to send ONE replacement! However, replacements only apply to orders that included tracking. If you didn’t choose tracking and want a replacement, you’ll need to pay for tracking via a PayPal invoice. Once payment is confirmed, I’ll send a replacement.
    Please provide evidence of your lost item (first/last name, receipt/order #, tracking #).

💸 Can I get a refund or exchange?
Refunds/exchanges are not available at this time. Please make sure to double-check your order before checkout!


📦 My items were damaged during shipping, can I get a refund?
If your items were severely damaged, please send evidence (photos). You’re eligible for a partial refund for the damaged items (excluding shipping and other fees).


✂️ There are cutting or lamination errors in my items, can I request a refund?
As noted in our terms and conditions, slight cutting/lamination errors may occur since our products are handmade. These small imperfections are not eligible for a refund.


🌍 Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United States!


🧾 I forgot to apply the coupon code at checkout, can I get a refund for the discount?
I’m sorry, but I’m unable to offer refunds for missed coupon codes once the payment has been processed.


📬 I put the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
Once an order is shipped, I can’t change the address or provide a refund. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay for reshipping.


💳 Can I apply more than one coupon code at checkout?
Unfortunately, only one coupon code can be applied per purchase.


🛍️ Can I add more items to my order after I’ve already paid?
I’m sorry, but additional items cannot be added to an order once it’s been paid for. Please double-check your order before checkout!


🔗 Can I combine multiple orders under different receipts?
I’m unable to combine orders, but I’ll do my best to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.


⏳ Can you hold my order until I can pay?
I’m sorry, but I cannot hold items. Please make sure to complete your purchase before checkout!


🎨 Can I request a custom order for items that are out of stock?
Custom orders are not available, but I’ll update my social media with restock info. Keep an eye out there for updates! ^u^


📦 Some of my items are missing. Can I get a refund?
If items are missing, you’re eligible for a full refund for the missing items. Please contact me with the following information:

  • First/Last Name
  • Receipt/Order #
  • Tracking #
  • Photo of the items you received.
